Reservation
Customers can book via website, phone, LINE, or email.
Our staff will confirm the booking within 24 hours.
Deposit Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total price is required within 24 hours after confirmation.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, PromptPay.
The remaining balance must be paid on the travel date before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation at least 7 days before travel date: Full refund of deposit.
Cancellation 3–6 days before travel date: 50% refund of deposit.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before travel date: Deposit is non-refundable.
Booking Changes
Customers can reschedule or modify booking details by notifying us at least 3 days in advance.
All changes are subject to vehicle availability and travel schedule.
